[allAfrica] Harare — Ghana’s minister of interior can now issue permits for the cultivation of cannabis, but only for industrial purposes – the plants will have Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) limits. THC is the principal psychoactive constituent in cannabis – i.e. the part that makes you “high”.
