[New Zimbabwe] Opposition Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) leader Nelson Chamisa has expressed concern over the delay in delivering ballot material to polling stations by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) saying this was another ploy to “steal” his urban vote.
