We at the Black World Media Network are delighted to be collaborating with legendary media personality, Tavis Smiley, and his KBLA team in Los Angeles to bring to our online audience a special series of 2-hour programs each week during the month of October leading up to the midterm elections in early November. The KBLA series will present national conversations on “The State of Black Women in America;” “The State of Black Men in America;” “The State of Black Youth in America;” and finally, “Why We Can’t Wait: The Urgency of Now.” The entire series will also be archived for on-demand access here on Black World Media Network.
